This is Neo KaosDevimon. She is Lilithmon's Evolved Neo form. She is formed when Lilithmon tricks all of the other Demon lords and absorbs thier powers completely, thus turning all the other demon lords back into Digitamas (digi eggs).
She is characterized mostly buy her sprouting 6 wings. One wing from each of the Demon lords including her own. They are listed below in order

He hair extends into leviamon's tials thus comleting the 7 demon lords into 1 body of sexy power.
Although she IS the sexiest digimon in existence. One half of her face is covered and stays covered as it hides the horrible disfigured half of her face that has 13 eyes and an extra mouth.
Attacks:
Malevolent Beauty - A kiss that isntantly deletes her enemies' data
Eyes of Pain - the hair on the left side of her face raises and all 13 eyes glow causing destruction to everything the eyes can see.
Power of Hell - The gates of hell open from underneath her and dark digimon shoot thier power into NKDeviwomon she then releases the power from the eye in her hand obliterating everything in her path.
