This is Evolumon (Ev-all-you-mon).... he is the MEGA form of Calumon.
He is highly revered by many in the digital world and also feared. He has an attack that can transfer the power of a Mega digimon to a rookie digimon thus causing the rookie to WARP digivolve to Mega Level and De-evolving the Mega to a Rookie. He has so far only done this once when he was tricked by DarkCrocomon into becoming Leviamon. The attack drains his Power greatly and even he himself almost de-evolved.
*Calumon can Warp-Digivolve to this Mega Form
